Implementation Consultant – Permanent Position – Full Benefits Package

We are actively seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join a global leader in advanced digital solutions for workforce management and physical security.

Based in Dilbeek, you will lead client onboarding initiatives, deliver tailored training, and provide ongoing functional support post-deployment.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead ERP onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Deliver end-user training and adapt ERP functionalities based on client feedback and operational needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Your profile :

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong interest in IT
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP implementation and client onboarding.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions.
• Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client support
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an asset
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
